I received a recall notice from Chevrolet corporate office. Called Friendly Chevrolet to have it taken care of. They said they would call me when the parts came in. I went to Friendly Chevrolet of Puyallup mainly because of the experiences others had with this dealer. I found the staff very courteous and professional. At no point did I ever feel pressured to buy a particular car and he gave us plenty of time to look around. After we selected a car, Mike offered us the Carfax report without us having to ask. I sat down with Mike to talk price (my least favorite part of buying a car), and after only a few minutes, we settled on what I feel was a fair price for a very nice used car. I have bought many cars over the years, and have to say that my experience with this dealer and sales rep was one of the best. More

I moved here to Washington on May 11,2009. I came to this state to go to work,and to get away from the long cold winters in Alaska. You could call it Good Luck (or) Bad luck, but they sent out Michael Cady to talk to the tough Alaskan. He never gave up on me or Chevy. I told him what I wanted, what I needed, and wanted it now at good price. He listened and was understanding. He went above and beyond showing all people concerned in the sale of my deal of a lifetime, that it could be done in a way that worked for me and me alone. I got a great car at a great price, and everyone worked real hard to make me happy. And when I left my I.D there and went to the bank without it, as soon as Michael found out I needed it, he drove it to me, so I wouldn't have to go all the way back to get it.......
