Chevrolet Buick GMC of Puyallup

My review unfortunately will not be that great. In the last 5 years that I've periodically dealt with this dealership I've been unhappy. First the service department... I brought my truck in to have a last 5 years that I've periodically dealt with this dealership I've been unhappy. First the service department... I brought my truck in to have a problem looked into. I told them just look into it (which I will gladly pay for) but DO NOT PERFORM THE FIX ON IT UNTIL I AM NOTIFIED AND AGREE TO THE CHARGES. Of course I was completely ignored. The check was done, and instead of contacting me and telling me what the fix would be and said charges they went right ahead and did the work I never agreed to. I got NO phone call. And I was charged. The woman who ran service was extremely rude as well. (See last paragraph for update on THAT fix) The sales, a big waste of time. I was interested in a slightly used vehicle but since I wasn't spending the big bucks on a brand new one they drug their feet, were rude and unhelpful until I finally left. They then proceeded to call me and harass me constantly to buy the car they originally didn't care to put me into. I had to start ignoring the calls until they finally stopped. This place is just like a lot of dealerships (thank heavens not ALL dealerships as I bought my car at a wonderful place). If they would pay attention to the customer, and also WHO they hire and get rid of the crooks in the service department. Oh and the service they did on my vehicle??? The service I told them NOT to do unless I was contacted FIRST? It Didn't even fix the problem! I finally took it to another Chevy dealer who looked at it (for free), then after calling me FIRST to let me know what the charges would be, fixed it for $1,000 less! They treated me like Gold. They are the ones that ended up getting my $25,000 as I bought my next car from them because of their honesty and integrity I experienced through service. Their sales proved to be just as great. So don't feel all Chevy dealerships are bad. They are not... but unfortunately Friendly Chevy does not follow their name. More

There were some problems at first and I worried I had picked a lemon but that is where Chad Glover turned us over too Brandon Raymond in the service department, he was so there and everything that needed to be done was and assured us any problem give them a call, and we havn't had to yet. My husband and I, along with our daughter visited the car sale at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, particularly to 'just look'. We were greeted by Vicktor as we went to look at the Malibu. Vicktor took an excepti sale at the Puyallup Fairgrounds, particularly to 'just look'. We were greeted by Vicktor as we went to look at the Malibu. Vicktor took an exceptional amount of time with us, and never once did we feel any pressure. My daughter was undecided, even though she loved the car. She was not ready to commit to a purchase that day. I was impressed with Vicktor's professionalism, knowledge and patience. I would definitely reccommend this dealer, and would return. I came into your store after going to Jet Chevy in Federal Way because I prefer a Chevy but they did not have what I was looking for. When I walked into your store everyone seemed friendly and Victor Federal Way because I prefer a Chevy but they did not have what I was looking for. When I walked into your store everyone seemed friendly and Victor was to be my salesperson...he was very nice, I told him I was looking for a small truck and I only had $6000 to $8000 to spend and that I needed the truck yesterday.....he showed me all that he had but there was not a small truck in my my price range.....I thanked him for his effort and kept his card. I went down the street and found a 1998 Ford Ranger that fit my needs. While I was test driving the truck Victor had already called Koruam to try to find one for me. To me he was totally "on the ball". I will go back to Friendly Chevy when I buy another auto and I will ask for Victor, I believe he is not only a good person but a valuable employee for your company. Being a single woman, buying a truck for a large company was a dreaded chore, I know little or nothing about trucks and just buying a car is stressful, but I was very comfortable with Victor. I will recommend him to anyone I know looking to buy a auto. More

This is the BEST dealership I have ever been to. I have bought 3 vehicles in the past and never have been treated this well. I was very impressed with how kind Vicktor was and still is.
