Drove a very long distance to purchase a truck. Was assured the vehicle was in great operating condition but did have normal wear and tear due to being a higher milage used vehicle. Test drive went goo assured the vehicle was in great operating condition but did have normal wear and tear due to being a higher milage used vehicle. Test drive went good at first, but issues shortly followed. The power rear window opened but would not close. The truck was taken in to the shop but the window could not be properly fixed, so they cut the cables in order to "fix it". Then while in the shop I noticed some oil had been running down the oil pan and transmission. Upon further inspection there was a large pool of oil under the turbocharger between the heads of the motor that had ran down the back of the motor to the location originally noticed. I was assured everything was fine but I could not buy into the idea that diesel engines normally leak large quantities of oil. I ended up not purchasing the vehicle, I just whish I would have know of the issues before an 11 hour round trip and hotel stay with two small kids. More
I have been trying to work with this dealership for over a week now. I was approved through USAA bank, A BANK FOR VETERANS for a purchase up to 35,000 dollars with an interest rate of 3.29 for 72 months. Th a week now. I was approved through USAA bank, A BANK FOR VETERANS for a purchase up to 35,000 dollars with an interest rate of 3.29 for 72 months. The dealership offered to run my credit to see if they could make me a better deal, I approved. They came back at a rate of 7% for 75 months then when questioned, dropped it to 5% for 75 months. When I stated my loan through USAA was a better deal for me they said they would not use my loan I had received even though I was paying the full asking price, no negotiations. When questioned I was told they only accepted loans from banks they were affiliated with because they received an additional 2%. I was then told there were 5 others coming in to look at the vehicle that day so it didn’t matter if I took it, someone else would. Buyer beware money from a Veteran affiliated bank is no good here More
If I could give negative 5 stars I would. They did a dealer trade to my dealer in Indiana on a new xt4 and did not disclose that it had hail damage. The damage was so poorly repaired that there were mul dealer trade to my dealer in Indiana on a new xt4 and did not disclose that it had hail damage. The damage was so poorly repaired that there were multiple places that the paint was damaged. Multiple places that were not fixed at all even. Then they would not even return calls from my dealer to try to make things right. I even reached out and got no response. Avoid this dealership. They are obviously not one of the good ones. More
