They had my car for a week. When I called to know what was happening I was told my car was in the shop and next in line. This was the answer I was given three days in a row. When I finally got my car back it was very dirty with oil stains. I cleaned the door handle but I cannot get the oil out of the floor mats. Why don't you use paper mats inside the cars you service?
