Honest and Caring Brought my 2003 Saturn Ion in for the ignition switch recall and due to a problem with the new switch I was placed in a loaner car. Shaun Cumston in Service was amazing, what a great guy, he goes above and beyond. In returning the loner car I knew I did not want to continue to drive my old car and just wanted to ask a few questions about the Chevy Cruze. With no pressure and in a very short time, I left with my brand new Chevy Cruze. If more sales professionals were like David Rector the car buying/leasing experience would be amazing for everyone. No pressure, just a great time. However, when I had called after a month to inquire about the delay of the parts/installation ...this service employee was abrupt and rude. Thank God this was NOT the issue. My appointment was early morning and exhausted I was met with courteous and friendly service. And most important the wait was NOT long. I would also like to acknowledge Melissa for her professionalism from start to completion of the process. The degree of customer service and attention to details displayed was impressive. More

He performed some diagnostics and found the issue quickly, and corrected it. We also have had issues with the ignition hesitating at various times. I was afraid it would be the starter. No other dealer had been able to recreate the issue to diagnose it. Shaun was able to though! He and his tech found out that it is a known issue within GM and there is no repair needed. And SHAUN TOLD ME THIS! I about fell out of my chair-a dealer saying no corrective action! Shaun was great, his team was great...Definitely have earned my business!!! More

I was a stranded interstate motorist from Ky! He went out of his way to assist me with my transmission problems by frequent calling, explanations, and persistence with GM to provide at least a 'goodwill' payment. At the end, my costs were held down to the lowest estimate. Thanks so much to you, Shaun! Thanks Chevrolet of Dublin for having a great service manager and service department!! More

Very friendly, non-pressuring, great communication! I was toggling the idea of trading in my used pickup truck for a brand new car. Chevy of Dublin was my first stop in the process b/c I've never owned I was toggling the idea of trading in my used pickup truck for a brand new car. Chevy of Dublin was my first stop in the process b/c I've never owned a Chevy before, but I like what Chevy has to offer. I was greeted by a nice lady named Kathryn in the parking lot. She then helped find me David Rector (my car salesman). David Rector was very friendly right off the rip and was eager to assist me. I told him I was just curious about buying a car, and he was very non-pressuring and just asked questions to help me decide what was best for me in my overall situation. Everyone was very honest and the customer service was outstanding. I've car shopped quite a few times in my adult life, and this experience and crew was THE best I've ever encountered. Ironically, I did not end up buying a new car, but if I'm ever in the market again......I'm stopping here 1st! More

I needed a second car so my soon to be 16 year old son could have my car. David was fantastic! He was patient, listened to me, helped me decide on a vehicle right for me, and did everything possible to get me in my budget. Now I have a new 2014 Equinox. David is very pleasant to work with and is not pushy. He made me feel comfortable with the buying experience. I would highly recommend David and Chevrolet of Dublin! More
