Oil Change and recall check I was always VERY skeptical about taking a car to a dealer for any service. You always hear how it costs a lot more and not worth the effort. But afte I was always VERY skeptical about taking a car to a dealer for any service. You always hear how it costs a lot more and not worth the effort. But after coming to this dealership a few months ago with a friend to buy their car, I figured I would at least take my Chevy here once to get checked out since it was fairly new (I bought it at a different location). Not only was I remembered 5 months later, but I was greeted like family. Everything was spelled out to me and the price was WAY less than the local "quick service" oil changes. I wasn't up-sold on any "special" oil. I have never felt like I could trust a dealership to treat me so well and not try to sell me a car every time I walked in the door. I highly recommend taking your car here even once. Robert was fantastic at keeping me up to date on the service of my car, and David is a great guy if you are actually looking to buy a car. He sold my friend his car, and is very friendly. I have had my share of bad customer experiences at dealerships, but this place changed my perception and I plan on only bringing my car here from now on. I will be telling all my friends and family about my experience and how AWESOME it was! The price was even less than the speedy oil places. I will be back!! More

High QUALITY-Very PROFESSIONAL-FAST Robert MEADE is an EXCELLENT Service Advisor. He welcomed me by name (having never met me) at 6:55am for a 7:00am service appointment. Mr. Meade was very friendly and took care of me throughout my visit to Chevrolet of Dublin. We previewed the service request; Mr. Meade delivered me to the customer lounge for coffee, etc.; he returned to review the service that had been performed; he then gave me a copy of the paperwork for my records and concluded the visit with cheerful sentiments for the rest of my day. He is very professional and responsive. My 2014 Chevy Volt was serviced in 30 minutes and I was on my way by 7:50am...in less than an hour. I will be going to Chevrolet of Dublin for any/all service of my Chevy Volt! More

Setting priorities and getting value I had a lot of deferred maintenance that needed finally catching up. In some cases, the work was must do now. In other cases, the work was must do, but can wait and be grouped with other work to minimize collective cost. I get straight answers and am treated like my money should get its appropriate level of value in return. More

Friendly & attention the customer needs I brought my car for multi point check and Robert proactively inquired if I got my recall done. I got my recall done at other GM dealership but was not really sure when I got call from that dealer after one week saying that parts for my recall just arrived and asking when I would like to set up appointment. I was puzzled and mentioned I was there last week for recall and they simply hangup without checking their records. Robert, was kind enough to dig into their records (seems all dealers share the records) and confirmed my car needs the parts to be replaced as part of recall. As a bonus I was pleased with the friendly nature he treated me. More

Hard working Dealership! I had recently graduated from Ohio State back in December 2013 and I have debt that makes it nearly impossible to buy a used vehicle let alone a new v I had recently graduated from Ohio State back in December 2013 and I have debt that makes it nearly impossible to buy a used vehicle let alone a new vehicle. When everyone else made it impossible for me to get into a vehicle, Dublin of Chevrolet put me in a brand new 2014 Sonic LT. I did not make it easy on them and they still treated me with the utmost respect. I could not have asked for a better salesman, David Rector. Fantastic personality and so very kind to everyone. He kept me informed even when he was extremely busy and always knew how to boost my confidence in getting a vehicle that I wanted. Tom of course, I am pretty sure I made it rough for him as well for three days straight but he did everything in his power financially to give me the exact vehicle that I wanted and still treated me like I was important. I could not have been happier the day I drove away with a brand new vehicle. What really lit up my day was the thank you card that I received, where all those who had worked with me had written a little something. These are the things that mean the most and are memories that last a life time. Dublin of Chevrolet, you really marked an important event in my life and you will never be forgotten, I will be back in the future to offer you a new challenge. You all were fantastic.
