Where do I start? In the past I’ve had to bring my vehicle in here. They have completely destroyed my car to the point I had to sell it bc the whole drivers side of In the past I’ve had to bring my vehicle in here. They have completely destroyed my car to the point I had to sell it bc the whole drivers side of the vehicle had to be painted bc they dragged an engine across it. (They tried denying it) Then I paid 1000$ for an engine cooler drove home, coolant all over my driveway. Drove it back. Ended up selling the car Fast FWD to now buy another Chevy corvette and bring my vehicle in for service. I work nights so I wake up to a call from the SERVICE Manager “JOE MARUCA” telling me not to speed in his loaner (understandable) but then proceeded curse and be rude on the phone. Now he doesn’t know who was driving the car. No good afternoon. No hello. Just straight unprofessionalism. When I asked what loaner he will be putting me in he said “does it xxxxing matter, it’s a car” to which I replied “oh okay, you know what I’m on my way” I’ve spoken with managers in the past here but never rude and disrespectful and unprofessional like this. With my own personal experience in the industry I have never cursed at a customer/ Client or spoken to them in a belittling matter on the phone not knowing who they are. Truly a shame. I hope they don’t damages my Corvette that’s in for service now. Shame ***UPDATE*** JUNE/18/2025 I received my CORVETTE C8 back with damage. Now the whole car is PPF’D so I feel like one would really have to go out to their way to damage / make a mark but idk if it’s just my luck with this dealership but here we are again. I no longer know what to say. I will be telling all my corvette friends about this going forward. Not once. Not twice. Not thrice but now a 4th time with a brand new car. Not to mention a rude S.Manager. More
