Amazing Relationship - New Raving Fans! This was a really great buying experience that got even better when a problem with the vehicle registration developed two weeks later. The wrong tags This was a really great buying experience that got even better when a problem with the vehicle registration developed two weeks later. The wrong tags arrived and I was expecting the dealership to deny responsibility for the apparently innocent oversight, but was pleasantly surprised when the salesman, Tyler Keerans, immediately recognized the mistake and directed me to the DMV staff vowing "we will get it taken care of." The DMV manager explained the standard process for out of state sales and connected me with Ryan Sutton, General Sales Manager to discuss a solution. Mr. Sutton was immediately sympathetic to the unexpected adverse additional cost this would impose on me - something I found truly Amazing! You see, he expressed sincere concern for me above the dealership, and then dealt with the issue in a manner that was beyond courteous and professional. Mr. Sutton showed me total respect and made absolutely no excuses as he immediately went well above and beyond all reasonable expectations to fix the situation. It is obvious to me and my family that the owners and general manager of Chico Nissan Hyundai understand that people sell cars, but "Relationships Build Wealth!" Mr. Sutton's choice to value relationships over a fast dollar demonstrated a simple act of genius that immediately converted us from everyday customer status to Raving Fans!
