Had my wife’s Nissan Pathfinder towed to Chico Nissan . Customer service was decent . They were very nice . And they worked hard to get her car back and running . It needed a new alternator. But the other work that needed to be done like e a nail in tire didn’t get fixed, I understand they were very busy , but they were able to fix the tire quickly while I was there to pick it up, They said it got the oil change but there is no sticker. And the shifter gets stuck and won’t shift everytime without poking the mechanism with a pen, they failed to fix that even though I asked them to. And two days after I got the car back the check engine light came back on. I will be contacting them on Monday . To see if we can get these issues resolved. More
