From the minute we visited the dealership, both my wife and I felt at ease. Gregg was not high pressure, listened to what we wanted, did not direct us to what they had on the lot. At the time we were looking they did not have anything in stock. Gregg said he would look for what we were looking for and call us when he found the vehicle we requested. It took less than a week, the car was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The entire process of trade in and purchase took less than an hour. We were both so impressed, we decided that I needed a new vehicle. Again Gregg went to work, again less than a week. Just bought my third car from Chignoli Auto. Jim Chignoli sold me my 2017 GMC Acadia two years ago and I really was satisfied with that vehicle, unfortunately it was totaled in an accident, no Jim Chignoli sold me my 2017 GMC Acadia two years ago and I really was satisfied with that vehicle, unfortunately it was totaled in an accident, no fault of mine.
