We visited this dealership because my husband was looking a specific model of car. We liked the look of this particular model when viewing it online. We ended up visiting the dealership on a Saturday. Joe ca a specific model of car. We liked the look of this particular model when viewing it online. We ended up visiting the dealership on a Saturday. Joe came out and was very friendly. My husband wanted to take a test drive. He let us both go in the car without him (I had to give him my license to copy). But, to me that was unheard of. I was very impressed with the deal. The list price was 19,500. They gave us $600 off the asking price. Plus, gave us an additional $400 for trade in on our current car. SIGHT UNSEEN! The loan APR and length were very competitive to our own credit union. All in all, it was an awesome experience. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. Glad we stopped in and bought. More

My family has been shopping for cars with Chignoli for many years. I just graduated college, started a full time job, and was in the market for a nice, reliable vehicle to match my new lifestyle. I worked primarily with Gregg, and he was absolutely outstanding. I received top quality service, and Gregg and the other staff are so helpful and kind. In the few days following the purchase of my vehicle, he was available to help me with just a few minor adjustments and did so in a way that made me feel like a priority. I am extremely pleased with my new (used) car, and I will be more than happy to refer any other friends or family to Chignoli when they are in the market for a vehicle. We are regular customers of Greg's at Chignoli Auto, and there are many reasons why. Everything about buying a car from Chignoli is above and beyond what you'd expect a great car buying experience to be and there are many reasons why. Everything about buying a car from Chignoli is above and beyond what you'd expect a great car buying experience to be! This is no stereotypical car dealer! I' d never shop anywhere else. Whenever we pull into the lot to browse, Greg recognizes us and comes out to ask how we are- never any pressure of any kind, just always willing to help. He makes us feel like he's a friend doing that little extra every time. Test driving every car I'm curious about is a breeze, and Greg is so knowledgable on all of them. He's very patient, as I am especially fickle, and if the car I have interest in isn't on the lot, he works tirelessly to find one and bring it there for us. Once he finds us that perfect vehicle, negotiations are quick and painless-no playing games, just always a great price and a fair trade-in offer. It took 15 minutes from start to finish- not the usual 3 or 4 hours it takes at any other dealer! They stand behind their vehicles, too, w/ excellent follow up service. Honesty and trustworthiness are so important when making any big purchase, and we always know we will find it at Chignoli Auto.
