Made a "VIP" appointment to see a Jeep, drove two and half hours for them to tell me vehicle was already sold, they never called to tell me. Yet they sat me down asking how much money I was willing to pu half hours for them to tell me vehicle was already sold, they never called to tell me. Yet they sat me down asking how much money I was willing to put down prior to telling me Jeep was sold. Zero "VIP" service. Definitely never buying from a big dealership ever again. The whole situation seemed very bait and switch. Carvana makes so much better sense now. More

I took my car in for service and honestly I had the best customer service ever. Manny was such a pleasure and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He made sure the work was done and that it took prio customer service ever. Manny was such a pleasure and I couldn’t have asked for better service. He made sure the work was done and that it took priority. The service was fast too! I didn’t have to leave my car or wait a long for it. I got my car back within hours of leaving it. I was impressed!
