Tyler has great communication and follow-up. My son was at WVU getting ready to drive home to Virginia for spring break. There was a concern about his brakes. I had a tire under warranty go bad and was told, when I purchased the tire, if anything goes wrong with the tire, I would get it replaced no questions. I even confirmed this the previous day when I had an purchased the tire, if anything goes wrong with the tire, I would get it replaced no questions. I even confirmed this the previous day when I had an oil change done. I bring in the tire and now was told I would have to purchase a tire and they would send the tire to the manufacturer to see if the warranty would even apply. After much deliberation, I was able to get the tire under the original terms agreed upon. More
