I had an infusion scheduled for 0930 at the Rockefeller Neurological Center, Morgantown, WV. Mr. Green made my appointment for 0800, my wife would pickup me at the dealership and take me to my appointment. Neurological Center, Morgantown, WV. Mr. Green made my appointment for 0800, my wife would pickup me at the dealership and take me to my appointment. En route to the dealership, I was delayed by two accidents that had the interstate and a byway blocked. While still in a long line of traffic, I called the dealership and explained the situation. The Service person I spoke to said to arrive when I could, I was about 20 minutes late. I feared my tardiness would delay my vehicle service, ergo, the vehicle wouldn't be done when my infusion was over. After my treatments, I'm somewhat tired, so I am anxious to return home soon afterwards. My fears were unfounded. As I the IV was being removed, a phone call informed me my truck was ready, and a phone message ensued. The services were completed, no worries, a great service department from the manager to mechanics. I hope you realize how worry free your customers are when their vehicle is in your service department's hands! My worry occurred prior to arrival. I appreciate your service personnel. More

I took the truck back to get warranty work and they tell me that it wasn’t under warranty, but ended up fixing the mud light on the mirror and the steering shaft which I asked them to, but they would not re me that it wasn’t under warranty, but ended up fixing the mud light on the mirror and the steering shaft which I asked them to, but they would not repair the exhaust pipe that broke off from the muffler and while they fix the steering shaft, they were supposed to give it a so many point inspection and here comes to find out when I brought it home the right side wheel bearing was wore out plus the left side wheel burning was real tight and making a grinding sound so I still had 300 miles left on the so-called warranty that the sales representatives told me I had it was supposed to be 3000 miles or three months so I just said heck with it and I ordered my own bearings and going to put in new rotors and bearings on the front end so I’m not real satisfied with their service department also wasn’t happy with the sales department for telling me all that stuff so I probably won’t be buying any more vehicles from them More
