I called him and told him I was interested and would like to be pre-approved for financing before I came to the dealership since I live about an hour away. Bob emailed me a link to the online application which I filled out immediately. Within a couple hours, Bob called me back to tell me I was approved for 1.9% with $0 down. I told him I wanted the Jeep and asked when I could come get it. He said anytime and I could even come get it the same day. I left immediately. When I arrived at the dealership, I found Bob and staff to be friendly and professional. Bob already had some of the paperwork completed awaiting my signature, had the financing paperwork in progress and had my Jeep getting detailed and prepped for delivery so it would be ready when I finished my paperwork. The financing paperwork took the longest, but by no means was it a ridiculously long wait. As soon as I finished signing the paperwork, my Jeep was ready and waiting for me. The Jeep was spotless and had a full tank of gas. All in all, I was only at the dealership for a little more than an hour. This is the quickest I've ever gotten in and out of a dealership. My wife and I plan on going back to Lee Chrysler when she is ready to buy her Jeep. More

Bill Sauls is the general manager. I went to see him since I was not satisfied with what the sales manager told me. Bill Sauls had completely arrogant and rude behaivor. I didn't like the response I recieved so I made several attempts to speak with the owner. IEach time I called, the secretary told me the owner was not available, yet teh owner never returned my calls, even after several weeks had passed. I tried following up with a letter, to which I fianlly received a reply from the owner, telling me if I didn't like what I was told, then sue him. He also said in the letter that none of his employees were to have any further contact with me. No wonder they have a very high employee turn over rate. More
