I don’t know what else there is to discuss. I requested that they review the Xtime to see it was not approved by myself. I requested they listen to the recorded phone calls. I was told they would review the recorded calls and email me the recordings, which did not happen. What happened here was wrong, I spoke to the GM the day I picked up the truck. He promised a call back - no call back. I called him several days later and he had no information, saying he would check and call me back. I still have not received a call.
