My salesman did not communicate with me. I went in to My salesman did not communicate with me. I went in to buy a used vehicle cash. I was presented with one, the salesman didn't let me test drive it and My salesman did not communicate with me. I went in to buy a used vehicle cash. I was presented with one, the salesman didn't let me test drive it and said it would be ready the following day. The following day I gave them my payment, info and signed. He said come back later in thr evening it would be ready. Later I called and it was not ready,it still needed to go through service department. Fast forward a month later. I go back to pick it up, and it doesn't crank. So I left it there told them contact me when the truck is ready. Fast forward again another week. This would be the 3rd attempt and after numerous calls trying to pick it up. I finally got it and it's has so many problems. They should have not sold me a lemon. This vehicle definitely is trash. Mind you we had bought a Dodge 3500 earlier last year and they took the down payment and sold the truck. They came back and try to sell us the truck we put down-payment on. It was an online New purchase. Messy dealership, I do not recommend it at all. I will never return or refer anyone to this place. Very unorganized. More

Service rep was very professional. No complaints there. Very knowledgeable. The work done tho, wiring that is secured to the chassis we’re loose. Not secured using the grommets provided to keep wiring fr Very knowledgeable. The work done tho, wiring that is secured to the chassis we’re loose. Not secured using the grommets provided to keep wiring from dangling loose. The length of time truck was at the dealership was a bit extreme. Over 3 weeks if not a month. Thanks for your time. More

I bought a 2021 Jeep Cherokee from ya’ll. I think I was taken advantage of. Maybe because I went there alone without a “man” with me. They added an extended warranty and all kinds of extras leading me to taken advantage of. Maybe because I went there alone without a “man” with me. They added an extended warranty and all kinds of extras leading me to believe it was a perk that came with buying the car. I still haven’t seen my paperwork explaining everything. They charrged like 10,000 on extras that I never ask for or even given the option to decide whether I wanted them or not. I think I paid WAY to much for the vehicle and it’s truly not what I wanted. I think they were shady and not trustworthy. I actually feel like I was scammed. Robin More
