Removed the hitch that was supposed to go with it and did not service the truck before delivery the drivers seat isn’t fully functional otherwise the rest of the truck seemed to be good. Driveway customer se not service the truck before delivery the drivers seat isn’t fully functional otherwise the rest of the truck seemed to be good. Driveway customer service team followed up with me made sure I got the truck serviced and some repair work done. They also compensated me for the missing hitch. They followed through with there promise. I was nervous at first but after there follow up and delivering a truck that they promised to deliver I would defiantly recommend them and buy another truck through Driveway and the Calallen dealership More
