I have been dealing with these people for 3 days over the phone because I am out of state. I made the deal to trade in my car and was sent paperwork via email. I noticed an added charge of $5500 so i called and realized they were charging me for an extended warranty i did not ask for, want or need. I asked them to take it off and they so kindly obliged. Only to an hour later, after me signing all the new contracts, call me and decline to sell me the truck "because somone else bought it first" THATS A LIE! I have been making this deal for three days and all the sudden the truck is sold when I AM THE ONE who just signed the contract! NOT PROFESSIONAL. Just because you couldnt get your cut of the MOPAR sale you take the truck away from me. Domique, Anthony and two other men i spoke to. Even if some one did walk in the door in the one hour it took me to sign the contract online the fact that you sold it out from under me just shows what kind of people you are and the kind of business you run! Went to buy parts for my truck. Told me to bring my old one for a core charge. That I would get a check back from the dealership in the mail. Show up with the core and they asked i Told me to bring my old one for a core charge. That I would get a check back from the dealership in the mail. Show up with the core and they asked if I had the box for it. Well it would've been nice if I was told to bring the box back also with my core since I live an hour away. So they were not going to accept my core without a box. It's bs cause when they sell u a part they need to tell you to bring the box back with the core. So now they keep my core charge. Nice way to make profit for the dealer. Never again will go their for anything. More

Went to dealership, spoke to Ernest M to cancel my service contract, road hazard and Gap Coverage. He indicated my additional coverages would be canceled however they were not.
