This is the second review i send, after the unsatisfactory service I received , it gets even worse! I called Friday to make sure my wifes car is ready so i show up at around noon to pick it up, unsatisfactory service I received , it gets even worse! I called Friday to make sure my wifes car is ready so i show up at around noon to pick it up, i pay my bill (approx $1000) while they bring my car to the front as soon as i get in i notice my check engine light is on and another light (looks like a thundebolt?) I immediately notify the service tech and he replies it wasn’t there before almost implying i did something I cant believe after paying $1000 dollars they didnt test drive the car or even look at the dash and notice those lights. All that tells me is my car was rushed and not evaluated correctly. To sum it all up, i was first told it was a broken wire, then i was told it was a PCM, and now im being told i have a bad sensor? Its easy to see why i would question any work you do to my car and why this will be the last time I service any of my cars at your dealership. Seems like every time i take my car to get serviced, i have to come back a second or third time to get it fixed correctly. More
