Worst customer service from KEYTH INSKEEP used car manager. I recently purchased a 2017 jeep renegade with 25,000 miles which i was told by KEYTH INSKEEP was a certified vehicle at time of purchase an manager. I recently purchased a 2017 jeep renegade with 25,000 miles which i was told by KEYTH INSKEEP was a certified vehicle at time of purchase and was under warranty. He said that they had done an undercoating service to prevent rust and that they take care of anything that is wrong with the vehicle before they can sell it. For this he charged me $2000 dollars and an extra $1000 dollars for a so called alarm that was installed in the vehicle. Come to find out the wheels were not balanced, the alignment is off the vehicle pulls to the right and now the vehicle has a whining noise coming from the front end. Ive only had the vehicle for 2 weeks. When I called KEYTH INSKEEP to express my concern I was told in a patronizing manner "you got a good deal on the jeep what did you expect" and "your a mechanic you fix it" I found that to be very disrespectful from a so called manager. He also stated that when they sell a vehicle that they are no longer obligated to do anything to the vehicle once its sold. So much for customer service ! KEYTH INSKEEP does not know the definition of customer service, I am very disappointed on how he conducted himself VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. BUYER'S BEWARE of KEYTH INSKEEP LIES... I am currently talking to another manager to resolve this matter and hope to update this review with a positive ending. More

Everyone was very helpful. My only complaint is hoe long everything took. They gave me a very good price on my trad in, worked very hard to get me financing and even allowed me to borrow the vehicle when I everything took.
