Everyone was friendly and attentive. Only thing I would say is that he sold me a vehicle that was crashed and started messing up. Worst service encountered. Never called on updates if I didn’t call to get updates and when I did finally after a month just so y’all could tell me The truck had a noise that it never had before. Poor service department experience Brought my 2017 Jeep in to have a new battery put in (I provided the battery) and replace the springs (I provided the springs) Made an appointment a w Brought my 2017 Jeep in to have a new battery put in (I provided the battery) and replace the springs (I provided the springs) Made an appointment a week ahead of time. Service took over 8 hours even with an appointment. Was charged $553 just to switch out the springs. Highway robbery. I was also charged for replaces shocks (customer provided shocks) which never happened. Needless to say I will never return for service. Karen Ross More
