Everyone was friendly and attentive. Only thing I would say is that he sold me a vehicle that was crashed and started messing up. I asked for a different vehicle because why would I want something that was say is that he sold me a vehicle that was crashed and started messing up. They fix one problem but the took 2 weeks to do it when they said it would be 2 days. More

Worst service encountered. Never called on updates if I didn’t call to get updates and when I did finally after a month just so y’all could tell me The truck had a noise that it never had before. Still having same issues and now seem to have gear shift problems, the RPMs are higher than before after recall. More
Poor service department experience Brought my 2017 Jeep in to have a new battery put in (I provided the battery) and replace the springs (I provided the springs) Made an appointment a w Brought my 2017 Jeep in to have a new battery put in (I provided the battery) and replace the springs (I provided the springs) Made an appointment a week ahead of time. Service took over 8 hours even with an appointment. Was charged $553 just to switch out the springs. Highway robbery. I was also charged for replaces shocks (customer provided shocks) which never happened. Needless to say I will never return for service. Karen Ross More

Salesman David was great. And thats about it. If business manager Ray Ortiz is involved in your deal, anything they promise you is probably won`t happen. I bought a 2016 Ram. The spray in bedliner If business manager Ray Ortiz is involved in your deal, anything they promise you is probably won`t happen. I bought a 2016 Ram. The spray in bedliner was peeling. My salesman asked if a new spray in Bullet Liner would get the deal done. I was worried it wouldn`t be done correctly, so I asked if it would have a lifetime warranty. I was assured it would. I bought the truck. I flew from maryland to pick it up. The bedliner was a sloppy job and looked nothing like bullet liner, but it was too late to change my mind. On my way home, I realized there was no key for the wheel locks. I prayed I didn`t get a flat as it was a holiday weekend. Got home and contacted Ray because I didn`t get paperwork for the lifetime warranty on the bedliner. He said he never promised a bullet liner. It turned out it was done by Ziebart. I asked for the warranty paperwork for it. He said he didn`t know how the warranty would work since I was in maryland, even though I have a Ziebart 10 minutes from my house. Never got anything from him. I also informed him I needed the key for the wheel locks. He said, take it to a dealer, pay them to remove them and buy a new set of locks. Would have cost them a few bucks to send me a key and save me the hassle. In other words, he will promise you the world to get you to sign, then he is done with you. More
