I brought my 2017 RAM ProMaster City to Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram of Calallen at 3688 IH 69 Access Road, Corpus Christi, TX. 78410 on June 17th, 2020 for an oil and filter change along with a State Inspect Jeep, Ram of Calallen at 3688 IH 69 Access Road, Corpus Christi, TX. 78410 on June 17th, 2020 for an oil and filter change along with a State Inspection. I also requested the porter do a quick wash and rinse of my vehicle and that all fluids be checked and topped off as needed. The Service Advisor, Melissa Boyd, assured me all would be taken care of during my visit, minus the car wash, because apparently this dealership doesn’t wash their cars? Anyway, all that ridiculousness aside, I received my vehicle back after an hour and a half wait in the lobby. Oil and filter were indeed changed and at the appropriate level on dipstick, however I observed my coolant to be low and remains as such whether the vehicle is driven or parked. The technician(s) assigned to my vehicle clearly did not do their job properly and sent my vehicle out low on coolant. This dealership / service center has been known to make excuses and shoddy work for a while now as this isn’t my first visit with them and I’ve had previous issues, but have yet to write a review and express my grievances. This dealership / service center could really use some shaping up for sure, otherwise I will have to consider taking my business elsewhere. More

The dealership is really clean and comfortable. Sales people are not real pushy. Service is efficient, what you would expect from a dealer.
