I initially went in to the dealership to get my 2018 Ram 1500 truck serviced. By the way the two ladies which I do not remember their names have wonderful customer service skills. Everyone was friendly and attentive. Only thing I would say is that he sold me a vehicle that was crashed and started messing up. I asked for a different vehicle because why would I want something that was say is that he sold me a vehicle that was crashed and started messing up. Worst service encountered. Never called on updates if I didn’t call to get updates and when I did finally after a month just so y’all could tell me The truck had a noise that it never had before.
