I was buying from out of state and communication is always key in making a buyer feel comfortable to fly and drive a car back from an out of town dealership many hours away. Steven nailed it, answered all my questions and was responsive ahead of time and the information provided was accurate and timely. He went the extra mile and picked me up at the airport and got the sale process rolling with a test drive, final paperwork and then I was on the road home. Steven followed up after the sale and was responsive to a couple of questions I had and wrapped everything up.
