Update: Had to go to the attorney general for something that they could have easily apologized for and resolved. Horrible Customer Service!!!! Bought a brand new van 2 years ago. Brought it in last month that they could have easily apologized for and resolved. Horrible Customer Service!!!! Bought a brand new van 2 years ago. Brought it in last month because paint was already bubbling( rusting underneath) on the hood. Was told it would take 5-7 days. They had me do a rental through Hertz, that they’d pay for, while it was being fixed. I have an 8 passenger van & told them numerous times I needed an 8 seater vehicle before my appointment. When I dropped it off they did not have anything but a 4 seater. I waited 3+ hrs and Hertz found what I though t was an 8 seater but it was only 7. I then had to drive to Latham to sign papers and get it. Zappone had my car 11 days.Hertz then charged me for 4 days. I called Zappone and Mike the service manager said it was because I didn’t fill it with gas. I actually filled it right before dropping it off. Then hertz said it was because Zappone put it for a 7 day rental and that’s all they paid. It has now been over 3 months and I don’t have my $ back from Hertz, despite repeated calls to both companies. Carl from Zappone was the only decent manager I spoke with but unfortunately he did not resolve the matter. I have 6 children to feed and I should have never incurred this charge to begin with. I believe Zappone should also do loaners instead of using Hertz in the future. Unfortunately they’ve lost me as a future customer as well as Hertz has. More
This is the worst dealership in the area! I brought my car in for a torn CV boot that was covered under my LIFETIME powertrain warranty. They called me that afternoon to tell me they broke the axel and s car in for a torn CV boot that was covered under my LIFETIME powertrain warranty. They called me that afternoon to tell me they broke the axel and some suspension parts that I was going to be responsible for. They charged me $2200 to fix my car that THEY BROKE! I was without a car for 3 weeks and they did not offer me a loaner and would not pay for a rental, it was my responsibility. Zappone's did absolutely NOTHING TO HELP ME AT ALL! and again THEY broke it. More

The manager came and asked him to leave and he became very aggressive. I go to Zappone’s for all my service and I am always treated with respect. Worst experience ever This so called dealership change the oil on a friends car and the oil filter fell out the next day. She told them about it and they picked it up. Her engine is now blown and the vehicle does not drive, They didn't provide a rental and tried to make her take the vehicle with damaged motor. She went to pick up the vehicle and was sworn at by Mike Pendagast. He told her to take the car and get off the lot. This is the most unprofessional rude service I have seen. This place is a huge joke and should be investigated. Don't take your business there. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!! More
Repair shop screw up Insure my vehicle went in for a recall repair why was there had them do a little extra work cost me over $2,500 ended up going back in a week later be Insure my vehicle went in for a recall repair why was there had them do a little extra work cost me over $2,500 ended up going back in a week later because of engine noise fuel line was left off and brakes we're making more noise than I've ever heard had to replace shocks struts fixing exhaust manifold leak minor one and put plugs in it I get my pickup back making more noise out of the engine than any car should they tried to charge me $8,000 to repair the motor or change it I soon after found out there dealer rating that they list was done by a fake dealership rating site only thing you have to do is look it up online it'll show it would not recommend them to repair my bicycle very incompetent dealership run screaming do not buy from them and don't let them work on your vehicle More

The service is typically immediate and the few times I had further issues I was able to speak to Ron and/or the specific mechanic for a fair correction. New writer yesterday "Steve" also typifies the dealership and is a good addition. Don't particularly like the Pacifica so I'm keeping what I have. More
