The service is typically immediate and the few times I had further issues I was able to speak to Ron and/or the specific mechanic for a fair correction. New writer yesterday "Steve" also typifies the dealership and is a good addition. Don't particularly like the Pacifica so I'm keeping what I have. More

Oil change appointment My wife brought our Jeep in for an oil change and on the way the check engine light came on they checked it out and found that the gas tank fill line My wife brought our Jeep in for an oil change and on the way the check engine light came on they checked it out and found that the gas tank fill line had some small holes in it they said they could fix it and get her on her way. They kept there promise on how long it would take and the fact that they got the part quick and she was able to get things she wanted to go do and done made her very happy. Thank you Zappon! More
