They had my car for a week (over a holiday) to perform a recall. At check in on Monday, they said that they were worried about the temps being too low, but didn’t suggest I come back. I told them I had to have the car back by Friday afternoon and they said that shouldn’t be an issue. I had one other problem I wanted them to look at. I got a single text on Thursday saying that they hadn’t figured out the other issue yet, but no update about the recall. I called around 4pm on Friday for an update and was told no work had been done on my car. They agreed to have it ready for me to pick up by 4:30. When I picked it up, I asked when I could bring it back. They said it would be warm enough the next week, but they had no openings. I can schedule an appointment online for the next week, but I won’t bother because I want a dealer that communicates and is honest. More
