Worst service department and service manager Had an oil.change....during this they scratched the hood of my truck requiring taking to a body shop They said they checked my brakes and they were Had an oil.change....during this they scratched the hood of my truck requiring taking to a body shop They said they checked my brakes and they were fine. 3 weeks later i needed new pads and rotors costing me 600 dollars. They lost my wheel lock. Manager was rude and did nothing. Ram gave me 3 free oil changes. Ha...as if I would ever go back to the dealer again. That did not evem come close to covering the over $600 in costs for their ignorance and lying about "checking " brakes. More

When I arrived at BAKER Jeep in Princeton, I was received by Sales Consultant Ryan Conard. I felt comfortable in Ryan's presence, and he seemed very honest and trustworthy. Ryan had a huge knowledge of the Jeep Wrangler. He was pleasant, professional and by no means overbearing. I got exactly the car I wanted and a super service throughout the process by Ryan Conard. Therefore, I can only recommend that if you are going to buy a car at BAKER in Princeton - ask for Ryan Conard. More
JUST WENT IN FOR FIRST OIL CHANGE YESTERDAY POOR SERVICE I scheduled an appointment for 530pm at Baker Jeep. I get there and 1 female representative and the manager Allan don't acknowledge me and go about th I scheduled an appointment for 530pm at Baker Jeep. I get there and 1 female representative and the manager Allan don't acknowledge me and go about there business. I finally get acknowledged and the worker says they can't find my appt. She then realized she was looking on the wrong day. I got a call my jeep was ready for pick up. My jeep was filthy I saw them washing other ppls jeeps so was kinda hoping it would come out clean. Allan wanted to charge me $47 for the oil change. I told him I was told first oil change is free and plus I have an oil change agreement for 2yrs. He said if I bought the Jeep from them. I told him I did. He asked who was my sales person. Rather then apologize or check his system he interrogated me on when I bought it, who I dealt with, who told me that. Horrible experience to say the least and will never go back or recommend to anyone. More

15,000 Mileage Service Went in for my 15,000 mileage service. Joe Taras, service manager, helped me out. The dealer that sold me my car gave me 4 free oil changes when I bou Went in for my 15,000 mileage service. Joe Taras, service manager, helped me out. The dealer that sold me my car gave me 4 free oil changes when I bought my car, but never told me. They were to expire days after I came in for this 15,000 mileage service. Not only did Joe let me know, he gave me a credit for one of the oil changes I had gotten previously from Baker Jeep (where I was for the service) and then arranged the bill so that I ended up getting credit for the other 3 and gave me some other discounts on the bill. Totaled over $100 discount. Was great experience and customer service, which I have an appreciation for. Will definitely be getting the rest of my service done at Baker Jeep because of Joe. Thanks! More
