The service is timely.They provide a complete evaluation of the vehicle, and I feel comfortable of the service they perform. The Service Managers Alan and Joe are very friendly and I've watch them explain some complicated service descriptions to very un-mechanical oriented customers with a calmness and patience that is quite commendable. More

Bam - they did it again...Awesome Service!!! The time came again to take my 2012 COD Wrangler in for service. Based on my last review I didn't think they could do a better job, but they showed m The time came again to take my 2012 COD Wrangler in for service. Based on my last review I didn't think they could do a better job, but they showed me. I had a coupon for synthetic oil change, a bulb out, a recall notice, tire rotation and asked them to take a look at my rear shocks and front bumper for corrosion. They finished me up and my bill came to a total of zero, you heard me right, zero! How do they do it? The final outcome, they performed the synthetic oil change, rotated my tires, changed the bulb, did the transmission oil cooler tube recall, and swapped out the rear shocks and to top it off, I have an appointment this week to have my bumper and door hinge painted free of charge. Like I said, BAM they did it again the service at Baker Jeep is bar none! I believe the only thing they could have done better was offer me a Lotus Evora S loaner car (hint, hint). Just kidding Joe, thanks again to you and the team for the great service!!! More
