Service on Jeep Wrangler Had recall work done, tires rotated, oil change, and fluids checked. Took it back to the service department the next working day and the service department stated they didn't cause any of those issues... I guess they just magically and coincidentally appeared the day I picked my car up from the service center... But what they did tell me is that I all of sudden need a new radiator and that to fix a sensor, which they likely jacked up during the previous work, it would cost m $300+. I will no longer drive past this dealership on N Florida Ave in fear that some service dude will jump out in the middle of the street in front of my vehicle and claim there's something wrong with my car so they can "so call fix it" and then break something so I get caught in some type of service center time continuum. After reading the reviews and after my experience I would stay away from this place, at least the service center. I would bet that 9 times out of 10 if you take your car to this service department you will magically have many issues with your car and will coincidentally need more work done than is required. This is a stereotypical dealership service center that gives service centers the shady, greedy reputation. More

The staff including management are the nicest when you are buying a vehicle. Once you are signed and vehicle delivered, customer service stops and dealership wants a 10 rating, while giving you 3 star service. Customers only have a few ways to voice opinion about the service receive on certain forums. Make sure you offer $5,000 below the price listing on the internet to get a fair deal. I realized I wanted more options than the truck I purchased. I returned 6 days later to possible purchase on another truck with the options I wanted, the truck was worth $4000 less. They wanted to do another deal to pay another dealer fee and screw the customer over more. Elijah in finance was very good to work with. More

Sold a 22k mile truck with them knowing of Trans issue. Purchased (my 1st bad vehicle in 30 years) a used Dodge Ram 1500 with only 22,000 miles, this is a truck that was purchased new from them and serviced Purchased (my 1st bad vehicle in 30 years) a used Dodge Ram 1500 with only 22,000 miles, this is a truck that was purchased new from them and serviced with them, so they knew and know the truck inside out yet they sell it to me well knowing there is a transmission issue, never fixed before putting on their lot and after myself working for car dealers for years & hearing others tell customers this I get the ol' "there is nothing abnormal about your truck, this "back-lash" is what all the Dodge Rams do now". Wow, thank you as this truck is a piece of you know what. NEVER buy from Jim Browne EVER again! More
Van repair We had bought our van at another dealership and found out that they could not work on the transmission so we brought it to this dealership that was c We had bought our van at another dealership and found out that they could not work on the transmission so we brought it to this dealership that was close to my home. It was three days before getting married and we had no vehicle and the advisor at the dealership was very understanding helpful to try and make a stressful situation more tolerable. We are very grateful that they did what they could to fix the van and in the end because of the aftermarket warranty we had everything was paid for and the van is working perfectly fine and we are very grateful that they did such a wonderful job not only on the vehicle but for customer service. Great experience I saw the truck I wanted. It was on there website but it said in transit. So I called spoke with Don Widner he said he will check on the statist and c I saw the truck I wanted. Don called me on Monday afternoon said it just came in I went to see it on Tuesday morning worked out a no haggle deal they were straight forward bought the truck .Great Experience. Thank you More
