I took my 2019 Ram into the dealership for some warranty work. My Service Advisor was William Clement (B729). He did a FANTASTIC job. He was very knowledgeable and informative. It was determined that parts had to be ordered and would take a few days. He kept me informed as to when the parts were arriving at the dealership. We scheduled an appointment and he was super regarding moving the service process along once I arrived. When I go back for future service, I most definitely asking for William Clement.
