Wonderful in every way imaginable. I came into the dealership looking for a new car but to my suprise I found a great friend in my sales consultant "Von." I bought a 2016 Ram 1500 Rebel 4x4, awesome truck by the way, from Alejandro who was very friendly and helpful to us, I can't say enough about Alejandro, he answered all of my questions and got me the deal I wanted with no problems. They respected us, did not insult us, and gave us an excellent deal. Billy in finance was amazing as well, got us in and out in 20 minutes. This was just a great car buying experience and other dealers should take notice. More
Amazing I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. Everyone knows how stressful it can be to purchase a car. There are a lot of dealerships who have sales people who come off as pushy and can be conniving. That was definitely not the case at Jim Browne Chrysler Jeep Dodge. From the moment my daughter and I stepped foot on the car lot, the employees were very welcoming. I dealt directly with George Thomas who greeted us upon arrival. He put my mind at ease by being very upfront and honest about everything. He answered any questions my daughter and I had and was not pushy at all. He showed us many different options from their nice selection of used cars. There were so many choices. Although the situation was a difficult one, he made the whole process easy and was a pleasure to work with. It was not the typical "all day" wait at the lot. This was the fastest it's ever taken for me to purchase a car and I've purchased several in my lifetime. He even let us watch a few hilarious videos on the web while we waited for everything to be completed. I am happy to say that I was able to drive off the lot in a beautiful 2012 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid car thanks to George and also Billy Greer in the financing department for going above and beyond to make sure I was able get into the vehicle of my choice. I highly recommend if you're looking for a New or Used car to give this dealership a try and ask for George Thomas! Whether you have excellent credit or not so good credit, they will go to bat for you to make sure you are completely satisfied! More

I searched high and low for one of these to order/purchase at MSRP. Most dealers in my area wanted to overcharge for it. Once I contacted Jim Browne Dodge on-line, I was assigned a salesperson (Gene Sealy) by the Internet Manager, Hector Colon. Working with Gene and Hector couldn't have been easier and it was immediately obvious that this dealership cared about its customers' interests more than making a quick buck. The ordering process was smooth and perfectly accurate. I was given updates along the way of my car's production and felt very comfortable in how this transaction was being handled. Even when my bank, fumbled and took an extended length of time to process the loan, Bill in the Finance Dept. saved the day. Overall, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Jim Browne Dodge. More

The service department stinks. I do not recommend the service department at all. It took 5 and a half hours to complete a one hour computer update for the radio on a 2014 Equinox. I was assured when I made the appointment that it would take an hour (maybe an hour and a half) at most. There was nothing else added to the appointment that would have caused delays. After 5 hours, I asked my service agent how mush longer the process would take. When he managed to break away from chewing his fingernails, he informed me that he was just waiting on the paperwork. Upon check out, instead of being apologetic, he hid elsewhere. DO NOT USE THEM UNLESS YOU HAVE A DAY TO WASTE. More

I hope that the owner of this dealership knows that he has a great employee representing his dealership! Now, on the rating of service. We left our Jeep Cherokee for 3 weeks. The service engine light was on. They replaced the actuator. We brought our Crossfire over for service to drop off and pick up the Jeep. When the Jeep was delivered to us, the traction light was on and one headlight was out! And our Crossfire was not running well, so we had to make a choice on which car to drive around all day on our errands, because this dealership does not do "loaner" cars. Well, we are proud owners of a Mercedes CLK450, BMW X3 and Lexus 300 and they ALL provide a loaner for the day. So, this was disappointing. But because our service guy Mr. Kitzmiller was so nice, we will return to Jim Browne. More
