It was three days before getting married and we had no vehicle and the advisor at the dealership was very understanding helpful to try and make a stressful situation more tolerable. We are very grateful that they did what they could to fix the van and in the end because of the aftermarket warranty we had everything was paid for and the van is working perfectly fine and we are very grateful that they did such a wonderful job not only on the vehicle but for customer service. Great experience I saw the truck I wanted. It was on there website but it said in transit. So I called spoke with Don Widner he said he will check on the statist and c I saw the truck I wanted. It was on there website but it said in transit. So I called spoke with Don Widner he said he will check on the statist and called me back which he did said it was at the rail yard and was do in a few days. Don called me on Monday afternoon said it just came in I went to see it on Tuesday morning worked out a no haggle deal they were straight forward bought the truck .Great Experience. Thank you More

Dishonest and fail to do right by the customer Let me start by say my last 4 vehicles have been Chrysler products, but with my recent experience I will no longer purchase Chrysler products. My Durango has less then 36k and should still be under warranty. I went I. To have a tpms sensor check because it stopped working. I was initially told it would be under warranty. I then receive a call advising me that it would not be covered because I have aftermarket wheels. So the part is not covered because of something else (dishonest). Because I know it needs to be done I reluctantly pay. When I arrive to pick up my vehicle I find that they have damaged my wheel. They Scratched and dented my wheel. I showed this to my advisor (Sean) who goes and gets what I guess was the manager (Justin). This is where things really went wrong. When I pointed it out to him, he responded by saying, “we didn’t do that”. This literally infuriated me as he not only accused me of damaging me wheel he was flat out calling me a liar. I take care of my belongings and to be told that I was dishonest and careless struck a nerve. I am at a point where I am ready to trade in my Durango and wife’s compass and go elsewhere. We have this warranty forever but it is useless if I can’t trust the people that I have to take my vehicles to, but am forced to. The only way out is to go to another brand, perhaps ford or Chevy. I think my business with Jim Browne autogroup is done. Ed M More
