By August 18th, and numerous calls/texts/emails back and forth I was approved for a car and I hadn't even stepped foot on the lot. Traci worked with us and gave us a good deal on the vehicle and explained their Warranty Forever program that would go into effect after about 4 months. Well, after 3 months the Jeep encountered serious mechanical problems and I was nervous that I was stuck with a very expensive problem. To their credit, they stood behind their sale and fixed the problem at no additional cost. Many businesses can learn from this example of customer care. They earned my future business.
