And they gave me an awesome deal- the value of my 2015 Jeep Cherokee was much higher than the final price, so I really appreciated their efforts into making sure I could afford the car I wanted. Jasmine has kept up with me through every single visit I've made since, all of which have been for the service department when she's in sales. Excellent! The best! My husband and I went in with our 2 small children with hopes of walking out with two new cars. He shared stories about his own children while interacting with our children and helping us feel comfortable throughout the process. He listened instead of trying to push us into something that was only in his best interest. He advocated for us when describing what we were trying to do with other team members. Several times my husband and I asked each other, "Is this guy really this nice? Or is this just his sales tactic?". There were things he did for us after the sale was made and we couldn't figure out the motivation- spending time cleaning our old tags so they didn't stand out so badly on our shiny new cars. Retrieving our son's beloved Elmo CD from one of the cars we traded a few days later when we realized we'd left it behind, then cleaning the CD and finding a case for it. Calling to check on us. We decided that no one could be THAT good of an actor and that he is truly that kind of a man, who is also highly skillful in sales.
