Mediocre Service First I'd like to say Todd Warner is an outstanding, no pressure salesman. I felt very comfortable and feel like I got a decent deal. However,just 2 months later, I am very unimpressed with their service. I had a blowout for no apparent reason. They tried to tell me(and will try to tell you) that I hit something to puncture it. They are absolutely wrong. All I get is "there is no warranty on tires unless you purchased it." How about showing some concern for your customers. We could've been talking about a lot more than a measly $200 tire. Do yourself a favor and do an internet search of the tire brand they use (Goodyear Wrangler ;the word blowout will fill in automatically) and tell me you would feel safe driving you and your family in a Dodge. I have an appointment to have all of my tires replaced on Sunday- with just 6500 miles on the current ones. I won't be taking any more chances with my life. Bryan Martin More
