Mixed feelings.. Traci (sales) was great PROs: We were impressed with Traci, our sales rep. She was respectful of our time and helpful throughout the process. Credit to her for showing us a different car option as it was completely different one from what we were looking for, yet it was a perfect fit and what we ended up purchasing. Hector was also great in the negotiations. CONs: 1. The dealership sold us a car with only 1 key... they didn't tell us that until all the papers were signed. They told us we can now buy one for approx $200. 2. There is no manual with the car. Again, that was known ahead I'd time, but they didn't tell us until after all the papers were signed. They'll provide a link to the PDF file, but not one we can have in the car. They said can get one for us from corporate, but they'd have to pay for it and charge us. 3. The process in negotiating the final price left a sour taste for us. They agreed to a monthly payment and all was set; then when we went into the finance office to sign, the payment was $50 more than the agreed price, so we had to battle again. 4. The dealership doesn't fill the tank up with gas upon sale. Luckily ours happened to have 2/3 of a tank, but they told us it wasn't common practice to fill the tank, instead saying "we won't let you drive off with the gas light on." Really? In the end, I feel that the negative items above make them seem very unprofessional and only focused on the pennies... not investing in the small things that make a customer feel valued and want to return. More

John Frayne - Best Car Buying Experience in 60 years We have been buying cars, work trucks and vans for personal and business for over 60 years. When we came in we were not sure what we wanted - van, car, truck....new, used etc. John spent hours with us, walking the lot and showing us everything. Our adult son was there also and was looking for a new truck. John spent so much time with us and our son, even though we were unsure and taking so much time and asking so many questions.
