Horrible Night Manager on 12/8/2015 I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. on 12/8/2015 I had an appointment with Traci Olsen to look I would not recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. on 12/8/2015 I had an appointment with Traci Olsen to look at a new Dodge Challenger. Traci was helpful throughout our entire conversations. I drove the challenge and loved everything about it. When we got back Traci provided me with the numbers her manager would offer me. Originally everything was a bit higher than I was comfortable that paying so I made my expectations clear. Traci then proceeded to her manager and I heard a bit of banter back and forth and Traci say "Would you like to talk to him?" and then a firm "NO! I don't want to talk to him" from the manager on site. That was issue one-- Then Traci comes back and says where they are and what I need to make this deal happen. So I proceed to once again state my expectations-- Traci then goes back out to the manager and then I hear "That's final, you know what, just get him out of here!" I was then returned the keys to my trade and I proceeded to leave. I am unsure who the manager was on site on 12/8/2015 at 7pm however I can assure you it is because of this individual that I would never buy a car from this place. To hear a manager say "Get him out of here" is entirely unprofessional and makes not want to give this company a single dollar of my money. If you want to be disrespected by a manager and essentially shoved out of the door because you will not succumb to the price they want to pay, then please visit this dealership. FYI- this is the first review I have ever written in my life, but I am not unable to get over what happened until I shed some light on the type of management they have in place. More

I worked with a guy named Jason in service. He was extremely polite and helpful. I really like the fact that he explained the work needed on my jeep so I could really understand. I felt very confident leaving my car with him. I am truly amazed with how this dealership feels like what a business "used" to be like. Stay Away Horrible dealer stay away!! I have bought vehicles from them and have my Dodge Vipers and Prowlers serviced by them, I get them back every-time with m Horrible dealer stay away!! I have bought vehicles from them and have my Dodge Vipers and Prowlers serviced by them, I get them back every-time with more problems or existing problems not fixed. They actually gave me a Prowler back with a nail stuck in between my battery terminals, after I told them previously to put new terminals and a new battery in the car, but again they argued with me saying my battery and terminals were fine, just needed adjusted, and their adjustment was sticking a nail in one of the terminals. I Didn't find this out till I broke down ten miles away. Second time I had another Prowler with a check engine light on, I said fix whatever is making that light come on, $1500 later I came in to pick it up after I was told it was ready, a service rep drove it up to me, I got in and what to my surprise the check engine light was still on, had to wait another week and $300 dollars more. Simply the service reps will talk down to you and not listen to a word you have to say, specially the service rep Justin. Again stay away! More
