My wife bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited L back in February working with Tyler, Brady and Nicole. The deal went great except there was a tow hitch & installation promised that was promised. This was going to be split 50/50 $300 from us and $300 from them. This was going to be installed initially at the time of purchase, then it turned into our $300 was rolled into the loan and they were going to send us a check. We have called, sent texts and made in person, polite visits multiple times since then. They keep saying the check is in the mail and to expect it anytime. They have not kept their end of the bargain on this and after almost 3 full months, we do not expect to see them make it right. More
