When I made the appointment to have my oil changed I was told there was a special going on for a $14.99 oil change. The guy in the service was going to charge me almost $200 for an oil change and tire rotat told there was a special going on for a $14.99 oil change. The guy in the service was going to charge me almost $200 for an oil change and tire rotation. When I told him what the girl who made the appt said about the discount he knocked it down to $97, so I guess tire rotation was a little over $80! That’s too expensive and I could have got it for a lot cheaper someplace else. I only came there bc of the special deal the girl told me about. Very disappointed and will not be returning. More

Absolute worst experience. Replaced transmission- warrantied - failed - replaced again - failed - replaced - now failed again. Kept it for 6 weeks with no calls, no loaner, no Replaced transmission- warrantied - failed - replaced again - failed - replaced - now failed again. Kept it for 6 weeks with no calls, no loaner, no concern for customer until I go in and demand answers. Always an excuse for not doing their job and when it’s supposedly fixed, it fails, leaving me stranded and unable to work. Whoever runs this place should be aware that if I spend almost 8k, I expect communication, professionalism, and a working transmission. Don’t advertise good service if you don’t intend to provide it. And please don’t think I’m ignorant because I’m a girl. You have a fancy dealership- perhaps you should invest in training your people! More
