Had a light out on my Jeep Cherokee and as usual Derek took care of me. The, "usual,"sounds OK, however Derek is great. Overall, my experience was pretty poor unfortunately. My car was fixed, but the communication was bad. I was supposed to get texts and calls throughout the service process, and I didn’t get any except to My car was fixed, but the communication was bad. I was supposed to get texts and calls throughout the service process, and I didn’t get any except to tell me how much it was going to cost. If I wanted any updates, I had to call in. I was told at one point the texting system wasn’t working properly, so they were going to call me, and that still didnt happen. I was pretty frustrated. Maybe I’m being unrealistic, but I was definitely expecting a much better experience than I had. Not sure I’ll go back there. More
