I was recently looking for a used vehicle at this dealer in Jackson, TN. I had a nice chat with William Tucker who tried hard to please our needs. I know Mr. Tucker was just relaying the responses from his finance officer and sales manager. Being the professional salesperson he is, he called me back the next day to confirm if we still needed a vehicle or were shopping still. I reluctantly declined but tried to voice my satisfaction with his professionalism and excellent southern charm. I may return in the future and do business with Mr. Tucker if we have further need of a used vehicle. Thank you William for your hard work! More
