The young agent we dealt with was nice, but lacked knowledge about the vehicle. We were not informed that the hvac system was hard wired and unchangeable to Fahrenheit. Finally I had to take it to my mechanic. Because it was leaking oil due to your dealership not placing the rubber seal in the right ring on the filter. I would not recommend your dealership to family or friends. More
