I kept getting an engine maintenance required visit your Toyota Dealer. I had recently purchased a 2020 RAV4 from Patterson. I brought my vehicle into the service department. Shawn knew right away that the Toyota Dealer. I had recently purchased a 2020 RAV4 from Patterson. I brought my vehicle into the service department. Shawn knew right away that the be coolant valve was at fault. He ordered the part and the next day he had an opening to get the valve replaced under a special warranty program. The valve was replaced and only. Had to wait a few hours. Excellent Service! More
