He demonstrated and explained all the fine points of our new C8 which has vastly more technology and features than my prior two generations of Corvettes. A true A+ experience!!! More

My experience with Ciocca Atlantic City turned out to be one of the worst car buying experiences ever. My inquiry was responded to rather quickly but, from the start, there was confusion among the 3 members one of the worst car buying experiences ever. My inquiry was responded to rather quickly but, from the start, there was confusion among the 3 members of staff that reached out to me (Liz, David and Gabriel) as to who is actually going to handle my business. After a couple of back and forth rounds, Gabriel took the lead and we agreed on a deal for the purchased of the car (a pre-owned Maserati GranTourismo). Almost everything was communicated via text so there was a trail to follow including my acceptance of the deal and Gabriel’s efforts (on his off day) to conclude a question related to the new tires being put on the car. Last communication from Gabriel indicated that the GM of the dealership would be reaching out to clarify the tire situation and conclude the deal to move forward. There was no attempt by the GM to reach me and, the next day, I got a text from Gabriel that stated, while apologizing, that his GM actually sold the car to another buyer “after” we had agreed on a deal. This, to me, is extremely unprofessional and shows a serious lack of ethics, proper communication and commitment for conducting fair and honorable business. I am very disappointed about the GM (whose name was never given out) not reaching out and not honoring our agreement. Given the amount of time and efforts invested in this purchase, and the ultimate disappointment of not completing the deal, I have to unequivocally state that this dealership is run very unprofessionally and poorly. As such, I recommend avoiding to do business with them and seek out alternative dealerships. I feel truly betrayed and handled very very poorly. So much for their promise of 100% satisfaction! More

Stay away from this dealer ! !! Crooks !!.. Made me an offer on my Mercedes SL for 14K.. 3weeks later when I came into buy his car and trade my 2002 TBird along with it..He renege !! Crooks !!.. Made me an offer on my Mercedes SL for 14K.. 3weeks later when I came into buy his car and trade my 2002 TBird along with it..He reneges on the offer of 14K ..low balling me down to 11K.. and then wouldn't discount his car .5 cents !!!! His car was priced 5-6k above all other similar vehicles with less miles and less owners than his 3 owner car !! Beware ..CROOKS .. Never deal with them or their used Car Manager Andrew !!! More

All of my questions have been ignored. Nobody responds to emails or calls back. They say they sell at MSRP but charge 600$ over msrp.. I really really wish I just went to MacMulkin this would have been way less of a headache, would have had my car already, and would save 600$. This is an absolute joke I dont get why people even bother with these guys. More
I would like to add that I got 3 different quotes from this dealership about the amount I would have to pay to buy out my leased vehicle. There is obviously no training program at this dealership.
