When I first brought my CTS in as trade, I was quickly greeted by probably the youngest sales rep they have! He was very energetic and made sure that he understood what I wanted. The next day I was to test drive a couple of other vehicles, but the same rep was not there. That didn't matter as the next available person was johnny on the spot to explain what was going on and to get me into some vehicles to test drive. Finally, the sales rep that I had asked for on my first visit, Houng Nguyen, was available and professionally finished the process! The sales manager was just as friendly and explained the facts of the trade issue for my car and what the banks would need. All in all, a thouorghly courteous and professional experience! More
