Had tire pressure and speed sensors replaced on 5/26 before driving back home to WNC (766 miles) Halfway through trip all warning lights for speed sensor came back on disabling cruise control! Now have before driving back home to WNC (766 miles) Halfway through trip all warning lights for speed sensor came back on disabling cruise control! Now have to go to my dealership to get it fixed, again. Very frustrated! People were nice and TPMS works now! But 3 hours of driving with no cruise for interstate is frustrating. Not to mention staring at the ABS, 4 wheel drive and traction control warnings for the remainder of the last 380 miles is a little frightening. More

Purchased a brand new truck from Ciocca Ram, truck didn’t make its way home. Dealership has no idea what’s wrong, it’s now been a month, and no news. Ive been getting the run around, dealer says waiting on stellantis, stellantis says the dealer, constant circle of finger pointing without any signs of resolution. I’ve had to be the one to reach out to everyone, GM couldn’t take the time to reach out to me first. I’ve been without a vehicle and had to come out of my own pocket for a rental and tow fees hoping to get reimbursed if and whenever they decide. Worst purchasing experience ever. Everyone is pointing the finger at each other and nothing has been done. More
