A Great, and Easy, Experience I found myself driving past the dealership and spotted a used Jeep. Pulled into to look at it and Sam Bottros walked out, in blazing 95 plus degree he I found myself driving past the dealership and spotted a used Jeep. Pulled into to look at it and Sam Bottros walked out, in blazing 95 plus degree heat, to ask if he could help. I explained what I was looking for and Sam pointed me to a different Jeep than the one I had spotted. It was EXACTLY what I wanted. I explained that I could be back in about three hours - could he hold this Jeep for me? Yes, of course, he responded. Three hours later I was back, and an hour after that I drove a 2019 Jeep Wrangler with only 5k miles, off the lot. This is the third Jeep we have purchased from Flemington Chrysler Jeep, and each time the experience has been as pleasant as possible. Great people; great service, great service department. We had difficulties to find a truck for sale in the color we liked and Flemington had to reach out to other dealerships. Although there were plenty of trucks available at other dealerships only one d color we liked and Flemington had to reach out to other dealerships. Although there were plenty of trucks available at other dealerships only one dealer was willing to exchange with Flemington. Apparently no dealer wants to trade with another dealership....this should not become an issue for the customer. Dealerships should collaborate to make customers happy! More
