I attribute it to the top notch staff who provide excellent customer service. Eder was our salesperson and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and direct without being too "salesy". What was most impressive was Eder's ability to multi-task and communicate effectively. He had two other customers come in while he was working with us so he had his hands full. He managed it well and made sure to check in on us while we waited for the finance department and communicated where we were in "line" to move to the next step in the purchase process. The dealership was busy but Renny, the sales manager, took the time to check in on us a couple of times when Eder was occupied. Renny was personable and oversaw the dealership floor activities well. We worked with Aziz on the financials and he was professional, warm, and humorous. What also set this dealership apart is the extra effort they provided at the end of the transaction. Once I had the keys in hand, Eder took the time to sit in my new Jeep and go over key features and answer final questions. Overall, I had an ideal experience at Flemington Jeep this weekend and recommend them highly if you're in the market for a car purchase. More
