Always easy! Decided in January that I needed to replace my aged Ford E150 van that is used for work. I did my own research and decided on the Ram Promaster as a Decided in January that I needed to replace my aged Ford E150 van that is used for work. I did my own research and decided on the Ram Promaster as a replacement. I had been shopping for a replacement for some time. Looked at the MB version and the Nissan version and both lacked one important feature that only the Ram had, the ability to carry a 3rd person in the front. Only the Ram offered a double passenger seat. I could have waited for the Ford Transit to arrive, but after doing to more research, they do not offer the double passenger seat either, and I have recently found out that the base price is 3 to 5 thousand more than the RAM. Also the incentives from RAM are what sealed the deal. As a business owner you know that watching every penny is important to being successful, so every bit I saved was worth it. The transaction at the dealer was very easy with great communication from the time it was ordered, right until delivery! Since I drive my work vans until the wheels fall off, I ordered it will all the options! This added to the build time and after 6 months I got my new van! Again the dealer kept me in the loop during each stage of manufacture, which made the time easier to handle. More
