After receiving sub par customer service at another Jeep dealer closer to my house I decided to try Flemington Jeep before moving onto another car brand. He got back to me with pricing within the hour and did not pressure me to "come in" to discuss. About a week later I decided Flemington Jeep deal was the perfect fit for me and called George back - he remembered me right away! We made an arrangement for me to come in on Friday to execute the transaction - he even offered to come and get me at my house and bring me to the dealership! When I got to the dealership on Friday with my husband the Jeep was ready ad waiting for me! The business manager Aziz took me through all the paperwork in a flash before I knew it I was done. George gave me a complete walk through of the Jeep And answered all if my questions and more! I had a great experience with George and Flemington Jeep that I plan to send everyone I know ther! More

When we went to sit down at Tom’s desk following our test drive, he made sure my wife, 3 year old daughter and I were comfortable and offered us a drink. I was pleasantly surprised at the ease and accommodations associated with the purchase of this vehicle. My first contact was with Scott and he arranged for test drives on a very snowy Saturday. I decided on a car put money down on it. After I returned home, I saw another that was more appealing to me. I returned the same day and Scott had the car warming up for me to test drive. I liked that car also, so that they reserved it for me until it was looked at by the service dept. to see what it needed before it could be priced. On Tuesday, Craig called and we went in to discuss the price. I felt the price he gave us was fair so we agreed to the purchase. After arranging for financing with our bank, we could not pick up the check for the vehicle until the following Monday. But Craig had the car ready on the prior Saturday and allowed us to take it home then. I found some minor things about the car that annoyed me (red dot on dash while driving to indicate that alarm system was on) and missing front mats. Craig arranged to have my car in for service quickly and the problem was easily resolved with a new battery in one of my keys and he found the missing mats for me. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I am very happy with my purchase, and with the help that Scott and Craig provided. I usually dread buying cars from dealerships but this was a very positive experience. More
